It's too honor to be your friend!
Nice day and wish all the best to you!
I see you hail from Bangalore. recently I have noticed that there is a lot of outsou9rced technical support done in your area for major companies in North America.
It is now nearly 1:00 AM here in Quebec, and I am about to call it a night.
You must be well into Monday by now.
I see you are an avid emarketer.
Personally I am more of a techie - originally trained as an Electronic technician in the 60's, but mostly very self-trained.
Nonetheless, your persuit is a very valuable one!
One of the problems I see with those natural "people people" is that they tend to take their success for granted woitrhout knowing (or sometimes caring) to just what they really owe it. Hence they cannot teach it.
My background in the people area was much more difficult, but from the age of 16 I fought the problem, and have scavengewd a lot of information in teachable formats.
That can help others who have trouble with interpersonal skills, although the end result is not the same as a natural people person. The type I am referring to can learn the practical aspects of people skills, but they will also still carry the emotional scars of how the mainstream public treated their difficulties. This is more of a moral disdain than a true psychological problem.
As a Toastmaster (www.toastmasters.org), I have given a number of speeches on the topic, mostly in English, but one in French. (I also speak a bit of Spanish.)
Cheers,
Bruce M.
Thanks for the useful information
