I am the Manager, E-Strategies at Brewster Inc., an integrated group of travel and tourism businesses located in Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies.
Brewster Inc. has set the standard of excellence for travelling in Canada's West and the Canadian Rockies for over 115 years. As a leader in the Canadian tourism industry, Brewster provides an integrated system through multiple businesses allowing our customers to create outstanding travel experiences in Canada.
Brewster’s operating divisions include three must-see attractions; the Banff Gondola, Lake Minnewanka Boat Tours and the Columbia Icefield Glacier Experience, independent and group inbound tour operations; Brewster Vacations Canada, a deluxe motorcoach fleet and award-winning driver guides; Brewster Motorcoach Charter Services, Airport & Resort Shuttle and Sightseeing Excursions, the Mount Royal Hotel and Brewster Travel agencies.
My Profile
For almost 10 years I worked with Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine; the joint venture destination marketing company of three ski resorts in the Canadian Rockies. I developed e-business and significant online sales for their vacation package division through successful search engine marketing and e-marketing strategies.
In 2006, I joined Reslogic Inc. - an online travel reservations software provider out of Baltimore and assisted tour operators from the US and Canada drive traffic and sales to their online booking engines.
I now lead online marketing strategies and e-business development at Brewster Inc.
My Interests
I also offer e-business consulting, e-marketing, search marketing and optimization and website development services through my own consulting company - xSite Marketing. Please feel free to contact me to inquire for assistance.
I live in Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies and play drums in my free time. I also have my own online Ning community for musicians in Banff Alberta.
Thanks for posting the video on your Travel & Tourism Marketing group. It was leading into something that could be interesting to hear more about. Do you have "the rest of the story" somewhere? I wish you had posted it as a discussion and not as a comment so we could comment on it there, but oh, well. Here's hoping for profits for Banff, Brewster, and MOR!
Is the Grizzly House still standing? I was the manager there in the late seventies and lived in what was then the first apartment building in Banff on Cougar street. I have not been back for years but remember the Brewster buses that took you up to Sunshine before they put in the lift from the parking lot....very scary ride but with great drivers!
I'm Lora, from Companion Travel - China Office (www.companiontravel.com.vn & www.companiontravelvietnam.com). I'm doing all tours/services in China,VietNam,Laos,Cambodia and Thailand. I would be your company's reliable partner as soon as possible.
